Usage guidelines
This Policy sets the terms for the use of dluxeinternacional.com (henceforth "Website"), the Website Management (hereafter "Management"), and users (hereafter "User"). When accepting this Policy, the User:- Asserts they have reviewed and understood the terms of this Policy. Confirms they are at least 18 years old. Holds personal accountability for the nature and content of information and materials they publish on the Website, and for the protection and privacy of data required for authentication on the Website. Commits to use the Website in compliance with the laws and regulations applicable in this field. Agrees not to coerce or intimidate other users of the Website and its Management, and not to obstruct the normal operation of the Website.
User conduct
The User:
- Vows not to post insults, defamatory remarks, or vulgar language.
- Pledges not to expose other users to explicit or unethical content, including explicit personal images.
- Commits not to share content that depicts or incites violence, terror, or cruelty, offends human dignity, or any other content that is in violation of the law.
- Promises not to insult, degrade, intimidate, or oppress other users based on their gender, race, nationality, or any other aspect.
- Agrees not to deceive other Users by deliberately providing false information about themselves, or to harass, annoy, or continually try to establish contact with other Users who have explicitly expressed their disinterest. Also agrees not to engage in any activities that could be considered as pimping.
- Commits not to use the Website to disseminate promotional materials or illegal propaganda materials.
- Promises not to compel other Users to visit other websites or ask for communication through other dating platforms, social networks, and forums.
Management rights
The Management reserves the right to:
- Alter the Website at any given time.
- Offer both paid and free services to users (hereinafter known as “Services”).
- Suspend users from the Website who have been found seeking/offering intimate relationships/services or offering/seeking "sponsorship", without providing a refund.
- Restrict access to the Website, either in part or in full, to Users who breach this Policy or other Website regulations, or disrupt the Website’s operations.
Disclaimers
The Management does not bear responsibility:
- For the content and accuracy of materials posted by users.
- For any injury, damage, loss of information, or any other harm endured by any person during their use of the Website, including mobile communications and other telecommunications.
- For the User's violation of copyrights and other third-party rights by posting materials that contradict the applicable laws (including copyright laws) to the Website.
